PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
EOS Lighting LLC attempts to be as accurate as possible with product imagery. However, due to high demand for our products, it is possible that a minor substitution may occur without notice. In the case of a substantial change of product someone from our sales team will contact you. If you are not happy with the product you receive from EOS Lighting LLC your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition, where our return policy will apply.


PRICING
With respect to items sold by EOS Lighting LLC, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you have added the product to the shopping cart; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our product pages may be miss priced. If you place an order and an item's correct price is higher or lower than our stated price, we will, at our discretion contact you for your instruction before shipping.


CANCELING AN ORDER
You may cancel an order at any time before the goods have been shipped.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, notice of cancellation MUST be given to us within seven working days from when you received shipping notification. If you received your product and wish to return it our Return Policy will apply.


RETURN
What is your return policy? - All returns require that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number be issued prior to returning any merchandise purchased from us. You must notify us within 7 days after receiving your order if you are not happy with the product you received and wish to obtain an RMA. All returned merchandise may be subject to as much as a 0-25% restocking fee depending on the condition in which the merchandise is returned to us in. We will refund the amount you paid for your merchandise minus our original shipping cost, as well as, the possible restocking fee.

We can not authorize refunds on LED products- all sales are final for this product line. We will at our discretion replace or repair any item found to have issue upon delivery or while under it's warranty period, as quickly as possible to ensure you stay up and running.


SHIPPING
We DO require that the carrier obtains a signature for our deliveries. It is possible that they will leave your package in a safe location if no one is available to receive it; however, it is ultimately up to the individual driver if he/she feels comfortable leaving the package without a signature. Any comments entered during the time of order will be printed on to the shipping sticker. These requests or instructions will be passed to the delivery driver, but we can offer no guarantee that they will be followed at the time of delivery.


RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE
All damaged packages should be reported to Eos Lighting LLC within 1 business day of receipt, we will require photographs of all damaged products and packaging. These packages will then be reported to the carrier for a damage claim. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved.

If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible at 1-866-568-9447 so that we can work with you and with the carrier to resolve the issue. We request that you check with all family members, co-workers, neighbors, or other any other person that may have accepted or stored the package before reporting that it is lost or missing.


SITE POLICIES
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
