The DayFlo-FX 3204 is a professional quality individually switchable 4-bulb lighting head specifically designed for Video, Film, and Photography production where continuous lighting is the preferred method.
After introducing the DayFlo-FX system in 2007 we have refined this product to ever higher standards of quality, reliability, and performance. DayFlo-FX 3204 heads represent the latest innovations in product development for this hugely successful production lighting product.
The fixture to the right is made from a robust all aluminum chassis, which results in an extremely durable yet lightweight housing.
Unlike the older version, which was completely plastic, the new DayFlo-FX 3204 can easily survive a 10foot fall and continue to function properly.
Bulb sockets are mounted to solid aluminum I-Beams with heavy-duty soldering connection. The power cable is completely detachable with it’s socket providing a spare fuse in case of an electrical overload.
Each bulb is individually controlled by it’s own on/off switch giving you complete control over the output of the head for the most precise exposures possible.
The mounting hardware has been completely redesigned and represents superior design over the older units. The new bracket is robust and will securely hold the fixture in place at any angle.
The DayFlo-FX 3204 fixture replaces the now obsolete Britek 3204 and 1604 fixtures. Unlike the Britek product our new fixtures are truly professional in every way and will withstand the harshest professional treatment.

All aspects of the DayFlo-FX 3204 fixture have been radically improved to deliver superior performance and reliability over the now obsolete Britek manufactured product.
Highly mirrorized peened aluminum reflector plate increases the fixtures overall output while more accurately projecting an even light flow to the front of the softbox. Professional poly based sockets provide superior support and durability for the long high-output EF bulbs we use for production.
The new FX-3204 completely eliminates the need for a Speed Ring to attach the softbox. The support rods install directly into each corner socket of fixture. This not only provides a simplified device but also minimizes the overall weight of the assembled fixture/softbox head.
Softbox assembly is quick and easy with only 5 parts to deal with. The 4 support rods and rear reflector attach to the FX-3204 in about 2 minutes. Simply install the rods, mount the reflector panel, screw in the bulbs, and you are ready to get to work.
